First place winner was: Chuck Garrett, 2nd place winner was Chef Ann from the Starving Artist Cafe’, and 3rd place winnerwas Chuck Garrett. The Fan Voted Favorite was Chuck Garrett. Our judges were Mayor Bagwell, Dr. David Jones and Joe Holcombe.
